We found ourselves in The Sandwich Generation 5 years ago and our lives totally changed. We began to wonder - are there other people in this season of life? Turns out, it’s a hell yes!
We started this podcast to help folks who are caregiving for parents and children at the same time - 1 in 4 adults are now a part of The Sandwich Generation. We realize there is work to do beyond the podcast and there is a growing need to talk about caregiving in both our workplace and community.
We want to bring honest, real-life conversation about the ups and downs of the Sandwich Generation - without the fluff, and without pretending it’s easy (but with a few funny stories along the way.)
